POLARITY BALANCE is a blend of modern science and complementary medicine, Polarity balance is a comprehensive health system involving energy-based bodywork, diet, exercise and self-awareness which has been developed by Dr Randolph Stone, DO, DC, ND, a practicing physician of Osteopathy, Chiropractic and Naturopathic medecine. It works with the electromagnetic patterns in the body to restore balance and harmony. It is a comprehensive system of self healing. It offers the possibility to reconnect to our core and helps us to see the bigger picture of our daily life. In a typical session, the practitioner assesses energetic balance using palpation, observation and questioning. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, do not require disrobing, and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch.

Contact may be light, medium or firm. In the session, the practitioner supports the client in increasing self-awareness of subtle energetic sensations, which are often experienced as tingling, warmth, expansion or wavelike movement. The results of polarity balance sessions vary and may include profound relaxation, an understanding of energetic patterns and their implications, and relief from numerous specific problematic situations such as hypertension, anxiety attacks and breathing disorders.
